The present TERMS regulate the relations between Ital Food Industry AD, owner of the service WWW.KUBETI.COM on the one side and the users of the internet site WWW.KUBETI.COM (hereinafter referred to as THE WEBSITE), including those requiring registration of the user’s name (ID) and password for access, on the other side.

Ital Food Industry AD is a company registered under the Bulgarian Trade Law with management address: Shumen, 10 Trakijska Str. and URN: 127590277.

1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE WEBSITEUSERS

1.1. Every individual who meets the following requirementscan register on the Website:

  • is not an employee of Ital Food Industry AD and „Ficosota Holding”, and is not a direct relative, including a child, parent, brother, sister, spouse of the individuals aforementioned;

  • for individuals who have not completed 18 years of age a permission from a parent or other legal guardian should be obtained before registering on the Website or submit any personal data.

1.2.When using the website the registered user is obliged:

  • to supply true, exact, actual and complete information about him/herself when completing the registration form;

  • to not offend the good name of others and not to appeal for forcible changes of the constitutional order, committing of crimes, violence against individuals or stirring up of racial, national, ethnic or religious hostility; not to preach fascist or any other anti-democratic ideology;

  • to not formulate, send or relay in any other way content which is illegal, harmful, threatening, insulting, causing unrest, damaging, discrediting, vulgar, indecent, defamating, breaking the confidentiality of others or inacceptable in terms of racial, ethnic or other reasons;

  • to not cause harm to children in any way;

  • to not violate others’ material and non-material rights and interests as copyrights etc.;

  • to not pose as other person or representative of legal entity or group of individuals, which he does not hold the right to represent, or deceive in any other way third parties on account of his/heridentity.

1.4. The registered user is entitled to:

  • create a personal profile on the Website;

  • receive news and promotional messages in case he/she has checked the box ‘I WANT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES FROM KUBETI’ during the registration process

  • create and publish on the Website images, text and other content;

  • access content which is available to registered users only.

1.5. The right of access of the user does not include the right to copy or reproduce information, materials and resources and use of objects of intellectual propperty, except if it refers to a minute volumes of information, intended for personal use, at the condition that there is no unjustified damage to the legal interests of the authors or other copyright holders and in case that the copying or reproduction are performed with non-profit purpose.
